Hi everyone,
We're curious to know if anyone has a custom solution for showing seats held with breakable hold codes for a specific performance that also shows Consituent/Household Name and order number for each held seat.
What we want to see on one page is:
-All seats held with breakable Hold Codes, broken out by:
-Held seats sold with Names order numbers attached
-Remaining available unsold/held seats
This will help us with cross-departmental visibility about who is holding tickets for whom, and what available seats remain on hold. This will also help us assess if more or fewer holds are needed for a particular performance, so we can optimize our sales strategy.
If I could add Hold Codes to the Performance Seating Book, or add Consitituent/Household Names and Order numbers to the Hold Code report, I'd be all set. Has anyone else found a workaround for this?
