As staff working for mission driven organizations, and as organizations that will start to regularly use machine learning models to further our mission. We may want to consider the biases that are built or we are building into the ML models we use.
As we consider how we will implement ML systems, we also need to consider the ethical and mission implications of the ML models we use.
