EPS shared reports - help with installation

HI 

I am trying to get EPS shared reports working for us.  

The T_eps_transaction_data table does pull down the transactions nightly from Vantiv.  But when I run the EPS_Viewer I get an error that says "unrecognized attribute ... at line 25" this is in the config file where I pasted the merchant data from the gateway service config file. 

Then when I run the EPSCompare report there is no data.  Are these problems related?

    Hello Gretchen, In the config file for the application (ElementTransactionViewer.exe.config) for the sections that you copied in from the paymentgateway config, please remove both the checkAvs and avsRejectionString attributes from the xml along with their values. After saving the config file restart the application. The problems are not related. The report might take a little more digging into I would suggest opening a support ticket. Let me know how you make out. Jon

    I did remove the checkAVS and rejectionstring info.  It still errors out and says "unrecognized attribute description" And when I take it out 'description' it moves to the next one - AccountID.  It says it is case sensitive so I changed accountId to AccountID. I matched the names to the column headers in T_EPS_DATA_TRANSACTIONS table.    I tried it all lower case too.  no luck.  

    Below is an example of the line.
