Greetings! - My over all goal is to send out monthly emails using Constant Contact to our donors. In these emails I would like to list all their upcoming performances they have tickets to, including the date and time of the performance and their seat locations. In Tessitura I use the Performance Report to find a complete list of performances my donors have tickets to. Is there a way that contact information, like emails, to this report? The easiest solution would be to create an output set with the customer ID and email address, you can then do VLOOKUP in Excel to add the email to the performance report. Hope that helps for now!
