Our organization is looking for a custom report for revenue management that will display percent capacity or percent zone sold AND available for performances. We want to be able to look at specific production seasons, not an entire season or just one performance. We want to be able to make this a scheduled report that can be run weekly. We've looked through the reports that are provided by Tessitura, but none of them offer all of what we want and we want to avoid manually checking each performance's sales details. Does anyone have any suggestions or have a custom report that they use for this purpose?

Is the attached what our are after? I've just run our report on our test system with some test sales, so the data isn't really representative, but it should be enough to give an idea of if it's what you are after.

While I agree with Michele that t-stats is the simplest for a question like this, I know often end users would rather just have an emailed report-- I certainly find that is the case :)
