New Shared Reports Solution: Change Batch Owner and Send Notification Procedure

A new item has been posted to the Shared Reports workspace in TASK. Solution #363 is the Change Batch Owner and Send Notification Procedure. This SQL stored procedure has been provided courtesy of Abbey Theatre and is scheduled to run each night in the SQL Server Agent Job. It updates the owner of any open or held batches to a designated finance person (hard coded in the SP). This means that the original operator cannot accidentally re-open and process transactions on this batch the following day, which prevents issues with reporting. The SP also sends a notification email to the finance person as a reminder with the list of transferred batches. While the Network does not endorse the accuracy of the stored procedure, you are encouraged to test it and determine if it will work well at your site.
