    I'm glad this sparked enough intrest to read further. In reality we have all used these tools when we use many of the Google products or face recognition on face book. Or Siri. As a community I hope we become more aware of these types of things so we can work out how it will help our organization and patrons. 

    Please share as you have questions or insights as you continue to consider this and similar topics.   Nyc tug is hoping to do a half day unconference/ open space on these topics in the coming months.

  • It's really interesting how data processing seems to be a cornerstone but also a limitation of AI. SNN seems to have the capacity to see more of the forest rather than the trees, but CNNs are a more useful tool at least in terms of aggregation and classification.
