A new item has been posted to the Shared Reports workspace in TASK.
Solution #361 contains the User Group Cleanup report and LP_POPULATE_SYS_TBLS_NEW_ORG stored procedure. This SSRS report and SQL stored procedure have been provided courtesy of Philadelphia Regional Arts Consortium.
The stored procedure LP_POPULATE_SYS_TBLS_NEW_ORG creates new organization and populates system tables for new consortium organization; copies values from a template organization; and can also deploy new user groups to existing organizations, based on the template organization.
User Group Cleanup matches organizational user groups to template user groups and compares permissions.
While the Network does not endorse the accuracy of the report and SQL stored procedure, you are encouraged to test them and determine if they will work well at your site.
