Did you try going to advanced mode (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd220532.aspx) and setting the KeepTogether property for the static members?

Hello,

Does anyone know any tricks for setting up SSRS to page break after an instance of a group in a matrix table? I've tried several combinations of the "keep together" option and I've tried going into tablix properties to turn on "page break after" and "page break before" but nothing seems to work like I want it to.
