Reporting on Pricing Rules

Hello, Tessitura Brain Trust,

I am trying to implement a "product volume" rule to do the package-but-not-really-a-package thing, and I am running into two possible scenarios, both of which have issues.

The problem is that we use TWO "standard" prices, an Adult and a Student, so any discount I use, I would want to apply to both prices.  Option A was two price type change rules, one for each price type, but of course people buy both Adult and Student tickets in the same line of the same order, so it doesn't work; the pricing rule ends up only applying to the Adult tickets, not the Student tickets.  The thing I loved about this plan was that I would have a price type that I could track both for reporting and to make sure to send this group of buyers season subscription info for next season.

So, Option B is to just use the percentage discount and apply it to both price types.  The only problem with this plan is that I don't know how I would be able to report on that.  I can't find any documentation on new reports that allow us to report on, or to make lists based on, pricing rules.  Anybody know something I don't?  If I can't use data from doing the percentage rule, I will need to go with the slightly-flawed-but-better-than-nothing Option A.
