Reporting on Fees

Has anyone created a good view to report on fees.

I've looked at T_Order_Seat_Hist

I've looked at Transactions.

I've looked at T_SLI_Fees.

However, these all seem to be fairly low level and the waiving and unwavering of fees seems to be a bit complicated in each of these contexts.

The kind of questions I'm trying to answer include.

• What are all of the fees that have actually come in as revenue.
• Who paid for them
• Who should have but go away without paying the fee.
• Who did we return fee money to.
• And a thousand other questions that I can not think of now.

If anyone as a SQL view to start me out that would be a lot of help.
