New Shared Reports posted to TASK Online

The following shared reports have recently been posted to TASK Online in the Reference Materials project, Shared Reports subdirectory and are now available for download.

Membership Giving By Appeal Report - This report will show contributions within the contribution date range attributed to a current membership for members in the selected membership organization and levels. (Solution #306)

Membership Trend Analysis Report - By selecting a contribution date range and a membership organization & level, the user will see memberships that were created during that contribution date range. In addition previous and future memberships with corresponding contributions are also listed, making it possible to check membership trends.  (Solution #307)

Education Bookers Report- This report shows which schools have booked for a particular performance. (Solution #308)

    Custom Photo Tab and Board Directory Report - The custom tab provides a means to store photo locations linked to a constituent account when the photo is stored elsewhere on the network and not within the Tessitura Research>Documents tab.  The Board Directory report is provided as an example to show how to retrieve and display the photos. (Solution #311)

  • The following shared reports have recently been posted to TASK Online in the Reference Materials project, Shared Reports subdirectory and are now available for download.

    Performance Sales Summary - Grand Theatre - This is a customized version of the Performance Sales Summary Report. Additional optional parameters to choose from include selecting individual productions within the selected seasons, selecting individual price types, and selecting individual
    price categories. The report then gives you the ability to summarize sales by performance for individual productions in a season

    Incremental Income Report - This is a SQL Server Reporting Services report used for dynamic pricing to report on income made over the base price map for each price type for a production season.  (Solution #313)

    The following shared reports have recently been posted to TASK Online in the Reference Materials project, Shared Reports subdirectory and are now available for download.

    TPAC Volunteer Custom Screens and Report - This custom screen and report are used to track volunteers in a consortium
    environment and report on their time and scheduling. The solution consists of 6
    infomaker custom screens, 1 SSRS report, 5 custom tables, 5 custom security views and
    one stored procedure, plus instructions for other system table data entry.  (Solution #316)

    Seat Map by Price Zone Report – This SQL Server Reporting Services report displays a seat map by price zone (Solution #317)

    CST On Account Tracking Report – This is a custom version of the On-Account Tracking Report that has both begin and end date arguments for a date range, rather than being open-ended at the beginning. It also has an option to show the channel of the associated order. (Solution #318)
