I am searching for a report that would show me all customer (numbers and both names on the account) that have responded to the appeal(s) selected.
Does anyone have a report like this to share?
I have a report from Seattle that is called Contributions by Appeal that comes close to what I need - however for some reason it does not pick up the customer name if the account is a corporate or foundation account (OI type) and it does not show the second name on the account.
maybe there is an update to this report? or does someone else have a report to share?
All Appeal reports that I can find in Tessitura show totals (income, customers and so on) but no customer detail information.
