I am doing some analysis into Live Theatre's audiences and want to pull some data on booking sizes for various shows or over a certain period of time eg I want to find out how many orders were for 1 ticket, 2 tickets 3 tickets (and so on) rather than just simply an average number of tickets per order.
I have contacted JCA to see if this is possible on T-Stats (I thought this would be an obvious report) however this would need to be a customised report. Is there a way of pulling this information as a standard report on Tessitura itself or has anyone had a custom report created to pull this information?
