Scheduling a specific Report to email

I was hoping to schedule a specific report to email out on specific days...is this possible? and if it is i need it to run from the current date of the specific day...

I should mention that the report i wish to schedule is one of our "custom" reports

NOTE NEW: unfortunately it doesn't look like it is set up to be scheduled...probably because its a custom report...

NOTE NEW 2: thank you all, working on getting the Report Setup Utility access for me!

thank you for all your quick replies!

thank you for any help or suggestions!

  • Hi,

A custom report can be scheduled.  It just needs a check box for “Schedule” in the report setup.  If someone has access to report setup, they should be able to do that for you.

    Hi Curtis,

Assuming your report has been set up to be scheduled, you can set it up to "Create Schedule" from the Reports and Utilities window:

And then set whatever date parameter you can in the report to be the Report Run Date:

If you don't want it to go out every day, you may need to make multiple weekly schedules.

Hope this helps, there's more info here
