We are new to Tessitura & use TNew on our website for ticketing sales & class sales (we're a theatre & school). Since Element deposits everything in one lump sum, we now need a report that can tell us the split between the two departments for the web sales. Has anyone else run into this?
The Income by Payment Method report tells us what was brought in by order date, but does not split by department. The Performance Payment Summary Report tells us the payments by event, but we need it split by order date (it currently pulls it based on performance date). I think we need a hybrid of these two reports...
We'd love some suggestions!
