Hi, I'm new to the forum and have a question about a report needed for our auditors. They are looking for a report generated from Tessitura that includes: patron info, transaction date, performance information, type of credit card used and the last 4 digits of card, and full amount paid - including fees.
I know Order Export utility includes many of these items, but it doesn't have the credit card information and it also separates fees. Is there a report that already includes the features mentioned above? Would what I'm requesting be considered a custom report? Does anyone already have a report or something similar to this report for the same purpose? I'm currently using V 11.4. Is this a report that will exist in V12?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

We have a custom report that we use to find duplicate credit cards used so we can check for people who have had issues with booking or who are trying to break the ticket limit per household rule we have for certain shows.
This shows, customer no, customer name, order no, mode of sale, transaction date, card type, name on card, last 4 digits and the amount paid. It can be run on a performance or a performance date range or order date range and with a minimum transaction amount.
I could send you an example if you want so that you can see if it would be something you might like.
