Hi,
I've been testing extractions in v.11 and noticed that when I import a segment into a new extraction, any "Advanced Options" that I selected revert back to the default setting. I work on large extractions and it will be time consuming to have to redo these advanced options everytime I build new extractions using the import feature. Are others experiencing this, and are there any solutions or workarounds you have come up with?
Thanks,Anthony
Anthony,
This is a defect. I have logged it and it should be fixed in the next release of v11 if there is one and in Version 12.
Best,
Anna
Hi Anna,
Is there any estimate on when this fix will be available (if there is another release before v12)?
We went live last week and do A LOT of extractions. It helps that the 'copy segments from' function carries over the advanced relationship options but you can only copy 1x per extraction and segments after that must be Imported and advanced relationship details essentially re-created. I'm concerned about the room for error this creates and the time involved to review each and every segment.
Thanks in advance!
Chuck
A resolution for this issue has been posted in the [v11.0.4 Post Release Patch Hot Fixes] TASK solution. 1327_extraction_jobs_objects.zip

Recommendation: Apply this hotfix if your organization imports keycodes into an Extraction.
When importing keycodes into an Extraction, the advanced relationship options were not being saved properly, this has been corrected.
To implement, add the pbd file contained in the zip to the Tessitura application client files. If prompted, overwrite the existing file.
You have no idea how happy this makes me :)
THANK YOU!
