Does anyone have any documentation on how to break up a household account? We have a case where a couple is divorcing and we want each of them to have their own records. We have our own business practices around where the transactions will go, but I don't technically know how to break apart the record.

Hi Jess -
Editing the Affiliations in the Relationship tab will give you the ability to inactivate/change the relationships with the Household and the individual affiliate accounts. You can then choose to convert the household to an individual and merge with one of the individual accounts if you choose (and according to your business practices).
