Disappearing Transactions

Disregard, this was figured out.  Staff complicated two patrons and through researching the time stamps on their specific transactions, we were able to unravel the spool.

    If you haven't already, I suggest submitting a TASK ticket for Network Support to help you with this issue.

    We just had an example where we noticed that a patrons' subscription has simply disappeared from her transactions tab.  We did an exchange, paid an upgrade and sent her on her way.  Then after about 20 minutes, we attempted to perform a merge for her with a duplicate account.  This attempt wasn't allowed as it said that it was already in process.  When we then went to further research her profile, all of the transactions prior to this instance disappeared.
