This might seem like a silly question, but can someone please explain what information I can gather from this report? Is this just showing credit cards that have been declined?
What type of follow up do others usually do with this report?

Did you ever get the answer to this question? I have an incomplete credit card that came through that is showing up incorrect when I'm trying to reconcile for the year...any updates are appreciated!
