When I try to move transactions to the household, message box says ticket history and subscription history is “not configured”. How do I fix that?
We have tested and it seem now to be working correctly in 11.0.3. Thanks.

Hi Tom,
I’m not sure if there was a problem initially, but it should definitely work in 11.0.3. If it’s not, I suggest you open a help ticket.
