We currently pull the N1 in v10 for our mailings. And, we can dedupe against the first name, last name (as well as the actual mailing address) when merging our internal lists with outside acquisition lists because first name and last name fall into separate fields.
Will we have this same ability in v11? We are not clear from the v11 training module. If ticketing sits at the Household level, am I correct that our Extractions can be built off of this ticketing and our output set can be set to pull either the A1 or A2 (or both).
Do I understand this correctly? Please confirm.
If you wanted just individual accounts you could include that as a parameter in your list selection while checking the search household box to find the ticket history that lives at the household level. Then your list would have just the Individuals and not the household.
