Santa Fe Opera upgraded to 3.2 due to a processor change that happened shortly after our go live v11. We hosted the Payment Gateway Server Service on the application server and it points to a separate Transcend server that does nothing but hosts transcend 3.2. So far it has been rock solid however if you choose to upgrade to 3.2 there maybe some .config changes you should hunt down. We are on VMware all virtual so it works great!

We in the process within the next month of upgrading to V11. We are still at version 2.0 of transcend on our V10 system. I would like to know if other organizations are running 2.0 with Version 11.0 or they did the upgraded both Transcend and Tessitura at the same time.
