v.11 Attribute Values Missing?

We are getting ready to upgrade on Monday (hooray!) and are currently working in a v.11 test environment.  We are having an issue with Attributes - no Attribute Values are populating in the dropdowns on the attributes tab.

 

I have reviewed all the system tables involved – T_KEYWORD, T_KWCODED_VALUES and TX_KEYWORD_CUST_TYPE – and cannot find any issues.  If there is an issue, it seems like it should be in T_KWCODED_VALUES because that is where the dropdowns are set, but I went through every single column comparing it to the documentation and everything looks to be set correctly.

 

 

I also checked the security settings and all user groups are set for add/delete/edit/view for the Const Attributes Tab, so there is no reason it shouldn’t work on that end either.

Anyone have any ideas?

    Hi Angela,

     

    Check the Edit Mask Column in T_Keyword. The value is probably set to alphanumeric. Changing it to none should fix this issue. Hope this helps!

    Hi Angela,
