v11.0.4! Yikes!!

We’re in the middle of testing for migration and another release to deal with.  Today should be talk like a pirate day!!  ARRRRrrrr…

Note: when unzipping the downloaded files, some folders may not extract properly and not give you all the files.  (even after doing the properties unblock thingy per the doc.)

So, make sure you compare the result with what’s in the zip file.

WebApi.zip and Installers.zip gave me trouble.

I had to copy them to my C: drive, unzip them there, and then move the result back to the shared drive.

Just fyi

Have a nice day mateys…

The instructions suggest this as well.

    1)      Move the upgrade zip file and documentation file into a staging folder on a local drive if not there already.

    ...

    5)      Extract v11.0.4_Post_Release_Installation.zip in the local staging folder.

Just a general comment… Windows Server is somewhat notorious for erratic behavior when unzipping files from a share, particularly when using copy/paste from a compressed folder.  In my experience it is almost always better to zip and unzip from a local drive and then just store on the share, IMHO…
