Yes I understand and feel the pain. We can run the reports but we can’t schedule them. I wonder if our GPOs are causing issues as well.

Hi John!
We've figured out what the problem is but have not found a real solution to it yet. The long story short is it is a group policy setting preventing users from running the reports.
On a select group of users that frequently run these reports we have removed several of their group policies so they are able to run them. All other users must ask someone else to run any SSRS reports as they are needed.
It's not ideal but we have no idea which policy is preventing this process. Our group policies were set up by an IT person that no longer works here and they are extremely intricate.

Hmmm. Interesting problem! Were you ever able to schedule the SSRS reports or is this new since your V11 upgrade?

We were working with several of the TN Support staff before we finally found that GPs were the root of the issue. Unfortunately, that was as far as they could help. It's up to us to figure it out from here. :)

We have a stubbornly open support ticket about SSRS reports as well, specifically scheduled & e-mailed ones. Your mention of group policies is intriguing. Do you recall which GPs were at the root of the issue for you?

Unfortunately, we have yet to find the problematic policies. :(
But I would recommend mentioning it in your open support ticket. They might be able to help you test the theory.
