Where's the Divorce button?

Maybe this has already been thrashed out on the forums and I've just missed it, but how do you de-household two people? We've just had a couple who are some of our major donors and they've just divorced.

How do we get them back to being separate individuals?

The message I'm getting currently is "Cannot delete affiliation because one or more affiliate is depending on the Group for the Primary Address. The rule for Require Address is turned on, which enforces a constituent to have at least one Primary Address. (Constituent Address)"

  • Hi Matt

For those Individuals who only have an Address inherited from a Household you will first need to add an Address onto the individual’s Contact Details tab, even if it is the same address as the Household.

Once that’s in place then you can start to unpick them.
