Default Emarket Phone & Mail Restrictions

When creating a new constituent account it is madatory that something is selected on the general tab for Emarket, Phone and Mail restrictions.

I have activated the "(none)" in each of the relevant tables (TR_EMARKET_IND etc), however by default when a new account is created these fields are populated with other options that in most cases would be incorrect.

Is it possible to set a default for each of these three fields in V11?

    There is no way to set the default for restrictions.  They default to ID 3 in the restriction tables which is the (none) option.  From time to time we do see a site that has inadvertently edited row #3 to another value.  This is not supported as is noted in the guidelines for the restriction tables.  If you have an alternate value in the 3 row you may need to restore the (None) and migrate the historical 3 records to a new value.  That kind of migration needs to happen in the database and is pretty easy to do.
