I'm hoping someone can give me some help of how I could be pulling and exporting my data better or if I need a new criteria element in output set.
I am pulling a list from an extraction of individuals who received one of our mail solicitations and soliciting them via wordfly as a followup ask. The promotion needs to live on the household record as that's where the contribution will be and the original solicitation was. However, we have a small handful of people who have email address on their individual affiliated records, not on their household records.
How do I get their individual email address out of Tessitura while still marking the household record with the promotion? Since we use Wordfly, it automatically promotes the records and uses output set builder to get its critiera.
Any ideas??

Within your list you can include affiliated individuals and the household records that actually qualify for the criteria. You would be increasing your numbers (instead of one account promoted you could have three accounts promoted), but you would get both the individual emails and the promotion on the household.
