We have a complete new array of servers for our Version 11 build out.
First step for us on the Reporting Services Side was move our current reports to our new test reporting services server....I found this great free tool named "ReportSync" it is not perfect but what I was able to do was identify our customized SSRS, download them from our live server then upload them to our new test server.
We had to manually create the datasets but we saved a lot of time...
