Errors in updating/editing addresses

Hi, 

We have v.11 on our Test server and are getting an error when trying to update/change a person's address information. It seems to be only effecting HH accounts, but it could just be coincidence. I found this article in the knowledge base in regards to the postal code data being problematic.

Does anyone have or know where I can find the procedure it says is  'attached'? I also found this;

I was interested in the section titled 'UP_FIND_INVALID_CHARACTERS.sql'  but again, the procedure it says it has attached, doesn't seem to be there.

Does anyone know where they are?
