Is it possible to change an email that is on a household account to being on an individual account? Looks like the "owner" dropdown is not active. Is that a security set up thing?
We'd like to take advantage of the hh/indiv distinction, and we have a lot of emails that we don't know which individual they belong to, but we would like to update them as we find out. Any suggestions?
As it stands, when adding a new entity, you can choose the owner within a household by selecting the appropriate constituent from the dropdown. Once an entity (address, eaddress, etc) is saved, you cannot change ownership from the client.
