Click on custom tab and crash

Hello,

We have succsessfully installed V11 on a test bed and all seems to be okay except for an issue with the SSRS reports and permissions.  When I click on a custom tab for a constituent Tess crashes.  Any ideas?

Thanks

John Brandt

  • This could be because your custom Infomaker libraries are versioned for Infomaker 10.5.  Tessitura V11 requires PBLs to be migrated to Infomaker v12.1.

Make sure that the library (PBL) containing the custom screen datawindow has been migrated to Infomaker v12.1.

There is information about this in the upgrade doc, under Component upgrades, page 47.

  • Thanks Ryan,

    I will check it out.
