I was wondering if anyone is storing Twitter handles in Tessitura and if so where and how are they using them. I remember someone talking about this at last year's conference but we can't remember who.

We're not doing this, but I think Paul Woods had presented an example custom screen two conferences ago that'd link directly to a patron's facebook, wikipedia, twitter, etc. I think it had the handles/usernames as attributes. You might want to check the conference archive for that. Might be useful?
