We have cloned our production environment for a V11 test environment. When I tried to install the SSRS reports with TIM I get the following error:

C:\Users\adminjeb\AppData\Local\TessituraTemp\TessituraReportsInstaller\Installer.build(23,3):External Program Failed: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Tools\Binn\RS.exe (return code was 1)
TN recommended that I uninstall and reinstall reporting services in SQL2008 R2 which I did. I reinstalled but received the same error. When I try to resolve the url I get the following error:
The report server installation is not initialized. (rsReportServerNotActivated)

Microsoft suggests modifying the registry which I did and still no resolution. Has anyone encountered this error? Is it related to encryption keys? Is it related to cloning a virtual production machine and using it for test?
