How do I find totals for a fund?

I've been asked to find the totals for each fund instead of campaign. Campaign totals were easy to find, just pull up the campaign and the total gift, pledge, pledge payment, and pledge balance amounts are clearly shown. Is there an 'easy' way to view totals within funds? I've been pulling reports and adding up the numbers.

For example:

D12 Individual Campaign --> Individual Restricted Education Fund

How would I be able to figure out how much money total is in the individual restricted education fund?

  • The Fund Activity Report is the best report

  • The Fund Activity Report will do it, if you check the required “Group By”, then select “Campaign, Fund, and Designation”.  You will get subtotals of your funds.

  • Thanks! That is exactly what I needed.

  • Have you tried the Fund Activity Report in the Finance folder?

You can run it for a single fund, group of funds or all of them within a contribution date range or a transaction date range. It’s quite versatile.

    Cheers
