I have a search results question. When I search in LIVE by ID number with the "Include Potential Duplicates" box checked, the record at the top of the search results will be the one I searched for; potential duplicates will appear below it.
In V11, however, the search results seem to appear in numeric order according to ID number. Whichever ID you entered will just show in the list; if there are 10 potential duplicates, it could be anywhere in that list. I'm concerned that staff are going to either miss that fact and click into the first record in the list, or lose a lot of time looking for the record they actually searched for. Is there any way to edit this behavior, or thoughts on how to use it effectively?
