"Convert to Individual"

Question for you all: Does anyone have more information about the "Convert to Individual" functionality in V11?  It's available in the pre-release, but I haven't found any documentation discussing it, and the documentation that does exist still says that "convert to household" is irreversible, which seems fishy if there is "convert to individual" functionality.  We'd love to know more...
