Migration Tool Kit Reporting error

Hello et al,

After installing the V11 migration tool kit the "Custom Report Run Frequency"  is showing the same number for all reports under the run count column.  Has anyone encountered this?  Ideas?

Thanks

  • Did you install on Tessitura 10.0 or 10.1?  I know we had to upgrade Tessitura to 10.1 to get make this work.

Otherwise, I’d submit a TASK ticket to the support team.

All of the other reports seemed to be working ok.

    Thanks

This might sound silly - but are you sure the toolkit is fully installed with the SQL scripts run and everything? I was getting weird numbers from the Custom Report Run Frequency report because I didn't realize my DBA hadn't run the SQL script yet.
