I assume there is a timing bar on your ticket stock. The printer may just need a good cleaning. But if that doesn’t do it, replacing the optos should do the trick (there may be two depending on the model, but it is a fairly simple process). Boca’s number is 561-998-9600.

Hi everyone,

We have just moved our offices to a new location and I am having trouble getting the Boca ticket printer to stop at the right break and cut the ticket.  When I press the Test ticket button, it prints out part of the test ticket text and stops more than half way into the next ticket.   Any ideas what is going on?  Thanks for any input.
