RE: Boca ticket printer

We tend to find that giving the printer a good clean inside with a can of compressed air fixes this sort of issue. It tends to mean it’s got so dusty inside it can’t “see” where the break is in the tickets.

Subject: [Tessitura Next Generation Forum] Boca ticket printer

Hi everyone,

We have just moved our offices to a new location and I am having trouble getting the Boca ticket printer to stop at the right break and cut the ticket.  When I press the Test ticket button, it prints out part of the test ticket text and stops more than half way into the next ticket.   Any ideas what is going on?  Thanks for any input.

Luther
