You have to adjust the opto. Attached is the owner’s manual for our printers, which is a lemur. Otherwise you should be able to find other manuals on this site http://www.bocasystems.com/.

Hi everyone,
We have just moved our offices to a new location and I am having trouble getting the Boca ticket printer to stop at the right break and cut the ticket. When I press the Test ticket button, it prints out part of the test ticket text and stops more than half way into the next ticket. Any ideas what is going on? Thanks for any input.
