Hi,
I've had a good look through the site and have sadly not been able to locate an answer to my specific question(s), so I do apologise if this has been dealt with and I've just missed it:
What are the recommendations regarding T-Stats and Version 11 of tessitura?
1) Should we integrate T-Stats prior to upgrading?
2) Should we upgrade and then deal with the T-Stats integration?
3) Are there advantages, one way or another, to either approach?
I'd be interested in hearing your views.
Cheers K

Keith (and everybody who is contemplating the same questions),
We have just published a document to answer these and other installation and upgrade questions you may have about T-Stats, Version 11, and Dashboards.
Here’s the link: http://www.tessituranetwork.com/en/network/Products/Network%20Products%20Services/~/media/Files/Products/T-Stats/About_T-Stats_Version%2011_and-Dashboards.ashx
Please take a look at the document, and let us know if there are other questions percolating out there that we can answer!
Best,

Hi Kirk - a long time in replying, I know, but the project was temporarily shelved and I've also been off with a broken leg!
Thanks for the link (great document).
I'll keep you abreast of our progress. I'm paticularly excited about dashboards (I think our Marketing Department might get more out of these than T-Stats to be honest).
Thanks again. K
