Because we're still fairly new to Tess we haven't really been using associations to their fullest yet (which is great news from the conversion side of things!).
When I look in TRU_ASSOCIATION_MAPPING I have two rows that have no information filled in under any of the columns except there are 6188 in the Num For Pair column and one of them was supposedly created by me last week (before I had access to it...).
I don't see anything in the documentation about this happening as part of the process so I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else. Or should I just open a support ticket?

I wonder if this is a conversion issue. Do you have any rows in tr_xref that have a blank description? Maybe you could check tx_xref for rows that don't have a "type" found in tr_xref?

I ended up opening a support ticket for this one. The long story short is that when we converted to Tess there were a number of accounts that were flagged as being connected to each other. Which is crazy because our old ticketing system didn't have that functionality. But somewhere along the line during the conversion these accounts were told that they are associated to each other in the back end but had nothing to input for them in the constituent records. So i couldn't see any connection between them.
I'm going to be bringing this up at our weekly Tess Committee meeting to see what the group would like to do with these accounts. We can either remove the line from the TRU_ASSOCIATION_MAPPING table so we can deal with them in some form in the future or we can input some sort of generic association for them now so when we upgrade we can deal with them as they come up.
