Hi all,
I’m looking for some advice on finding a time to do our next generation upgrade. Are people planning to do their V11 upgrade before or after the rollover? We roll over at the beginning of February for a mid-February launch, and I’m wondering whether I should try to get through the upgrade before the rollover or wait until well into our subscription period when the majority of the subscription forms have been returned to reduce the confusion over changing patron numbers, id’s that don’t match order numbers and web logins, etc. What are other people planning?

We had a big discussion about this at our organization.
What we've decided to do is do the Rollover, then do the upgrade, then print subscription forms.
Not sure if that's the best way to do it. I'd love to hear other feedback about what other organizations are doing!
We are planning to do the updrade before our rollover, but the rollover was not a big part of our decision making. Our time frame is dictated more by our performance schedule. We have two weeks in January with no shows, so we are able to give ourselves a little more time to get the upgrade done.
