Thought of this question some time after the training session ended today. Scenario: Duplicate accounts exist, each has a name1 and name2 and they are not merged before the upgrade. Two new households are created out the two accounts, and four new accounts are created for the individuals. How would we proceed to merge them? Merge the individual accounts? What about the household accounts? Do those accounts need to be merged separately?
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I suspect three merges:
HouseholdA < HouseholdB
ConstA1 < ConstB1
ConstA2 < ConstB2
I wonder what the results would look like if the households weren't merged. Would the affiliations be merged causing both the keeper accounts (A) to be affiliated with HouseholdA and an account for HouseholdB with no affiliated accounts, or would be the keeper accounts be affiliated with both Households?
I hope somebody will correct me if I'm wrong. I would expect the resulting individuals to be affiliated to both households.
