We have a package currently on sale, but one of the performance has recently been cancelled. The tickets have not been printed and the package is still be offered on line. Is there any reason why we can not delete the performance from the package and continue to to sell it? Also, Is there a way for us to exchange the performance to something else if the patron wants to exchange it, without printing the series?

You'll probably have better luck posting this to the Ticketing forum rather than the Next Gen one. I'd also search through the forums as I know this has been a hot topic in the past.
