Working for a ticketing agency that sells for external events, one of the most regular tasks I have to perform is pulling a list of all purchasers for that event. This list will always have to contain:
Currently, I am performing an extraction, saving the results to a list and using a custom output set to export the results as an excel file. However, the file usually contains the complete ticketing history of the constituents that have booked for this event, instead of just their bookings for this particular event.
I am obviously doing something wrong, as I feel in Tessitura this should be a pretty standard operation to perform, but as I'm fairly new to the system I am unsure of the best way to do this.
If anyone can offer any advice on the best way to perform a task like this, it would be most MOST appreciated.
thanks in advance.
Rob
Rob,
Have you looked at the Order Export Utility? This report has the information you listed below but provides perf code instead of perf name along with a myriad of other information. If you were to run this report with a list saved from order search you may be able to pull the information you are looking for.
Be well,
Jean
