Working for a ticketing agency that sells for external events, one of the most regular tasks I have to perform is pulling a list of all purchasers for that event. This list will always have to contain:
Currently, I am performing an extraction, saving the results to a list and using a custom output set to export the results as an excel file. However, the file usually contains the complete ticketing history of the constituents that have booked for this event, instead of just their bookings for this particular event.
I am obviously doing something wrong, as I feel in Tessitura this should be a pretty standard operation to perform, but as I'm fairly new to the system I am unsure of the best way to do this.
If anyone can offer any advice on the best way to perform a task like this, it would be most MOST appreciated.
thanks in advance.
Rob
Would the single sale order listing work for you? You can run it for a single performance date or a date range.
Thanks for your reply.
I've tried the single sales order listing, but couldn't get exactly what I wanted. The closest I've been able to come to the list I want is the 'Performance Seating Book' list but this means I can only select a single performance and the 'price type' information doesn't display as I would like.
